The Compliance Pack is forever free because Renters' Rights Act 2025 compliance is not an optional add-on — every UK landlord needs it by 1 May 2026. Charging for the minimum table stakes would defeat the purpose.
Track 2 carries the weight of the full tenancy lifecycle — contract packs, rent tracking, messaging, offboarding, Section 8 wizards, agent delegation — and that is where we put a price tag. Opt in when you need it; keep Track 1 indefinitely if you do not.
