The landlord can toggle off at any time; their data stays with them.

How delegation works

  1. Landlord invites you. From their property page they enter your email and the scope (per-property or portfolio-wide). You get a signup link.
  2. You accept the scope. One-click confirmation. The properties appear in your agent portfolio — not the landlord's personal portfolio.
  3. You operate on their behalf. Tenant onboarding, pack generation, messaging, compliance — all under your login, all audit-logged to your identity.
  4. Landlord oversight stays on. They see a real-time activity feed of what you have done. They can pause your access at any time.
  5. Clean off-boarding. When the mandate ends, the landlord toggles your access off. Their data stays with them. Your action history stays audit-durable.
