Tenant Trust is asking your professional opinion on five specific surfaces of our UK tenancy-compliance platform before we carry live tenant data. This page summarises the scope and shows how the engagement runs. The full packet — with specimen PDFs, state diagrams, ADR extract, and a staging read-only passcode — is shared by email on request.
Scope — five items
- Section 8 grounds wording under Housing Act 1988 s.8 as amended by RRA 2025 ss.15–22. Four ground clusters (rent arrears, breach, landlord occupation, sale).
- Deposit protection cadence (7 / 14 / 21 / 28 / 30 days) under Housing Act 2004 s.213. Prescribed-information delivery receipts.
- Lightweight witness e-sign model under Electronic Communications Act 2000 s.7. Magic-link, 48-hour expiry, anti-replay, IP + user-agent capture.
- Periodic-tenancy notice regime under RRA 2025 s.5 — 60-day tenant notice, 2-month landlord possession routes post Section 21 retirement.
- Possession-proceedings evidence quality — audit trail format, hash-chain authenticity, 7-year retention and court admissibility.
